Pacepard — Productivity App

Pacepard — Productivity App

Introduction

Pacepard is a productivity web application that helps individuals and teams manage their goals, habits, and daily tasks in one place. It was designed around the idea that productivity tools should reduce cognitive load, not add to it — clean, focused, and distraction-free.

My Role

I led the product design and frontend engineering for Pacepard. Starting from user research, I designed the complete UI system and built the React application, integrating Supabase for real-time data sync and user authentication.

Design Process

  1. User research with productivity app users to identify friction points
  2. Competitive analysis of tools like Notion, Todoist, and Linear
  3. Information architecture and feature prioritisation
  4. UI design system — clean minimalist aesthetic with focus on readability
  5. React component library implementation
  6. Real-time sync and offline support with Supabase

Outcome

Pacepard launched to its beta audience and received strong positive feedback for its clean interface and the lack of overwhelming features common in competing tools. Users reported feeling more in control of their day within the first week of use. The product continues to evolve based on user feedback.
